Enterprise Security
Controls aligned to SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and GDPR, with attestations in progress (see compliance status). Row-level security, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Every API call is authenticated, authorized, and audit-logged.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Multi-tenant boundaries are enforced at every layer, from the HTTP edge down to row-level security in the database. Organization-scoped roles and permissions are checked on every operation.
Security on Every Tier
Audit logging, role-based access control, and organization-scoped permissions are included on every plan, including Free. Security is never sold as an enterprise add-on.
Formally Verified
Backbuild Prove (coming soon) brings mathematical certainty to code: a HOL kernel verifies proof annotations from first principles, with thousands of individually proven theorems across dozens of mathematical domains and an optional Lean 4 cross-check.
Global Edge Deployment
Application code runs on Cloudflare Workers across hundreds of edge locations worldwide, with R2 for object storage and a managed Citus PostgreSQL cluster as the primary data store. See infrastructure.
